TACKZONE takes great pride and care in delivery you premium quality products and service. We inspect every item when we receive it in our warehouse and inspect it again before it is packaged to be shipped to our customers. All bridles and leather products are inspected for cracks or natural faults in the leather, or any other damages that may have occured in the manufacturing process. Each item is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure we maintain the quality and integrity of the product that is being shipped.
Orders typically ship within 1-5 business days from our warehouse if they are in stock. If it is a special order item or a custom order item, that item will ship immediately upon its arrival to our warehouse.

If your item was shipped via FedEx, the shopping cart will provide you with a tracking number via email. This email notification is an automatic email which is sent to the provided email in your shopping cart account during the check out process. Please make sure that Tackzone emails are not filtered in your spam or junk email folder.
For international orders, we ship via United States Postal Service. Customers are accountable for all applicable Customs and Duties. International Shipping Rates will be quoted separately and shipping information provided via the shopping cart may not be applicable.
Tackzone Return & Exchange Policy - The item(s) returned or exchanged must be in new, unworn, unaltered and undamaged condition
You may return any item purchase from Tackzone for any reason with 30 days of receiving the item. However, returned items must be in new condition, unused and undamaged. Items must also be repackaged properly as to maintain the integrity of the item. Items returned in poor condition may be subject to return denial. Each item is thoroughly inspected by Tackzone representatives. If the reason for the return is a damaged or faulty item, Tackzone will reimburse shipping charges to the customer upon inspection. If the item is being returned for any other reason other than faulty or damaged merchandise, then the customer will assume all shipping responsibilities.
You may exchange any item within 30 days of the date you receive your item. However, returned items must be in new condition, unused and undamaged. Items must also be repackaged properly as to maintain the integrity of the item. Items returned in poor condition may be subject to return denial. Each item is thoroughly inspected by Tackzone representatives. Customer will assume all shipping charges for the return and the shipping charges for the exchange shipping of the replacement items.
All Items must be in unused condition. Credits will not be issued to your credit card upon inspection and approval of the return or exchange. Credits may take from 1-5 days to show up on your account statement.

2) Carefully and properly repack your item and ship via FedEx ground, UPS ground or USPS to:

Please include a copy of your packing slip with your return. If you do not have copy of your packing slip, you may print your order confirmation from your email or log into your account and print out your order. Please write detailed note on your packing slip about your return.
